If you have a store through us, its as easy as clicking on a button in your store manger and watch it add all the products, prices, descriptions and pictures in your store for you. You pick the dropshipper and in seconds, those items show up in your store, ready to sell.

Are there restrictions on these products?
Each dropshipper & manufacture make their restrictions on price etc. we try not to add these products to our database, so our customers do not have additional work trying to keep up with these restrictions. Dropshipped Direct feels that's why should not bother with these types of restictions on a few products, when we have 1000's of products without restrictions.

Do you get a cut from the sales that we make?
Absolutely NOT, we connect you up with dropshipper and since your buying wholesale products directly from the dropshipper themselves, you will save and make more money than you will using other so call Drop Ship Website Developers.

Do I sell products using my company name?
You would use your own business name along with your website.

Where are the Dropshippers located?
The Dropshipper are located through out the USA. Current we do NOT have Dropshipper abroad, but that does not mean that You can not sell drop shipped products out of the USA.

Do we buy the products from you or from the Dropshipper?
No, you will buy the products from one of our Dropshippers..

Where are the dropshippers located?
The Dropshippers are located through out the USA.

What shipping & insurance methods do you offer?
This depends on the Dropshippers, they use various shippers depending on their location and prices.

Return Policies?
All Dropshippers have different return policies, normally 20 days is a safe bet. The most important part is that YOU have YOUR return policies in your store which the customers will need to abide by.

Restocking Fees?
All Dropshippers have different return policies and you would need to check these dropshippers to find if they have any type of restocking fees.

How are returns handled?
You would get an RMA Number "Return Merchandise Authorization" from the Dropshipper and supply this number to your customer along with the address of the dropshipper. You can tell your customer that returns are directly sent to your warehouse for processing. The Dropshipper will know who to credit by that RMA Number.
